This is Calvin’s signature aerobics dance workout. Non-traditional choreography and teaching styles. Excellent opportunity to increase your movement vocabulary.

The ultimate advanced aerobic dance class requiring a seasoned mind, body and soul. Movement vocabulary consisting of, but never limited to: jazz dance, traditional aerobics and theatre. Experience Calvin's unique signature choreography to revitalize and jump-start your motivation and creativity.
CALVINOGRAPHY®: Hip Funking Hop
A cardiodance workout fused with hip/hop, funk, street jazz and theatre. Collaboration of movement bringing something different to the dance floor and the Group Exercise setting.

THEME CLASSES
CALVINOGRAPHY®: Lyrical Jazz
A multi-level, non-competitive class designed to improve harmony of movement through an expressive flowing series of combinations integrating Jazz Basics, Broadway Jazz, and Theatre Dance. Choreography that truly builds the mind, body and develop artistic and technical performance. Channel your inner Broadway dancer in this challenging and engaging master class that emphasize syncopation as well as expression, body alignment, and strength. This session is designed for advanced beginner to intermediate to advanced dancers beginning with a standing warm-up that develops the body's proper alignment, flexibility and control. Exercises follow that isolate the different parts of the body and develop increasingly complex coordination of the arms, head and legs. Longer combinations that emphasize expressiveness in lyrical and dynamic Broadway styles are given in the center and across the floor. Reinvent and increase your movement library.
CALVINOGRAPHY®: Fame's Class Reunion
A group fitness dance exercise class concept born from the famous and classic movie "Fame"... this class will make you 'want to live forever'. As it was so famously stated in the movie... "The sweats starts here"!!! So get ready to sweat and live in the 8 count with CALVINOGRAPHY® and reunite your spirit with the years of "FAME"!!!
